Presets Not Loading Correctly in Ableton

I was wondering if anyone can help me. When I load a project in Ableton Live 11 in Windows 10, the presets for any instances of Jup-8 V are not the same as when I saved. Usually it's the filter cutoff and a few envelope settings that are different. Some of my projects have quite a few instances of Jup-8 V as I really like the synth and I'd like to not have to swap presets then swap back for each instance of the synth, every time I load a project. From what I can tell, its the only synth in the Arturia Collection that has this problem for me but I haven't thoroughly tested all of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry for the lack of response.
I've tried to reproduce the bug you're having by creating Live 11 session with lots of jups v4.
Sadly i could not reproduce the issue, all parameters were recalling correctly.
Do you still have the issue?
If yes, could you contact our support and tell us what version you currently have for jup and Live 11?
And also could you provide a session that has the bug?
