How to import my own recorded sample into Emulator II V?
« on: February 13, 2023, 12:32:14 am »
OK, this should be easy, but...

** How do I import my own recorded sample into Emulator II V?

I used Audacity to generate a .WAV file. Do I need a different file format?

** And where do I store this sample so Emulator II V can see it?

Couldn't find this searching keywords in the user manual, and didn't want to spend an afternoon reading through the whole thing.

Thanks.

Hello,

You can
1. click the "Add folder" button at the bottom of Emulators Sample browser or the "Add Sample" button at the top in Emulators Sample browser.
2. place your samples in the Emulators sample folder on your ressource folder location. Place them in a folder inside the "User" folder, then you will the name of the folder inside the Sample browser.

In all cases the samples afterwards can be found clicking the "User" button in the Sample browser.

Wav format is good.
