This is indeed a very nice question.
The AFCC should store and re-open the last device that was opened using the serial number information.
If it's not the case there is two possibilities:
- You're serial number is messed-up, we've seen that on some devices
- The AFCC feature is broken, at least on your computer
In any case, you probably should consider contacting our support (
https://www.arturia.com/support).
They are nice peoples and they might already have a solution for you. And in any case they will log the problem in a support ticket that will be fixed by the development team (me).
Hope you will find how to deal with that.
Support also takes feature request if you want to add additional requirements for your need.
