Problems with "local off" and Master Cutoff knob

Hi!
I just rearranged my studio and I want to use my MatrixBrute as master keyboard. The synth is now local off (via MIDI control center). Everything works fine and as expected.
I'm working with Ableton Live 10.1. If I go to MartixBrute channel, I can move all knobs without problems and a little latency, which is ok for me.
 
But I have a lot of problems with the Master Cutoff knob.

The values on the screen is flickering while turning the knob and most of the time turning it, it stops often at a value. So I cannot record a smooth progression.It seems like a "MIDI loop".
I found out that the Master Cutoff knob is the only knob, which is not "local off". So I can move Cutoff on MatrixBrute, while working on a different channel (which is great btw).

But how do I get rid of the stuttering problem!?!?

Hi

I think there are a few more problems with midi loops
I myself have 2   1. being the rate control and  2. pitchbend range knob

I was told these would be fixed in the HOT fix   that is now getting a little cold

there is any news about this? i have the same issue with the master cutoff noob and the 2 first macro noobs
