Not recognizing the KeyLab 49 on ANY application
« on: March 20, 2021, 11:09:54 pm »
I recently bought a Keylab Essential 49 and I installed of of the software necessary to use it on my windows 10 computer and it is not recognized by anything, it doesn't appear in my device manager either. The lights come on like normal and when I press the pads it knows I am pressing them but no response on my DAW. I use FL Studio 20 and have tried factory resetting it and it still doesn't work, can anyone help me with this?

Welcome.

You need to find out what part of the chain isn't working.
Is the controller at least powering up when connected by USB? If not, try a different cable.
Next, try it with the analog lab software in standalone mode. Everything work fine with that? If so then it's an issue with FL Studio not recognising your controller.
As always it's just a case of eliminating the variables.
