I am trying to activate my Arturia account so I can register my product (KeyLab Essential 49) and the software it comes with, but I never received an account activation email. Yes, I checked my spam folder. Yes, I tried logging in anyway, didn't work. This is quite frustrating as I want to start using my controller ASAP while I have some time off for the holidays. Googling brought up a LOT of users with similar issues, so this is really something the company should look into. I only created an account here so I could actually ask for help (since ironically, you have to be logged in to access the tech support form...)
Could someone at Arturia please send my account activation email? My email is melaniestangl92 @ gmail (dot) com. Or if anyone else has found a way around this, any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
