Aturia thanks for the fine Storm3 and Mg V I own and love..
I will be upgrading my 2.4ghz athlon to a 3.8ghz athlon 64 in a couple months...my soundcard is a Audigy 2zs platinum pro....I wonder what soundcard do you guys use for developing and testing your software?
My audigy 2zs seems just fine so far for recording my synths and running storm and Mg v..but some claim it is really an enhanced 'gamers' soundcard and not suitable for serious computer music use..hence I wonder what card/s you use and recommend...note I do not require full blown many many inputs and optical/digital outs ...i am only a hobbiest using my korg karma with your products ect...my price limit would be $300...I believe i would get better performance by upgrading the cpu and memory rather than replacing the audigy 2...When i launch storm or Mg v from cubase 4st and play and record using audacity or cool edit pro the machine will choke (750meg ram) often..
