I've got an external clock generating 120ppm patched into the KSP's clock in, and I've set Sync/Input/Source so that the Clock is the source. The KSP is playing an arpeggio.
It plays one note every six incoming pulses, no matter what I set Sync/Input/Source/Clock Rate to.
I can work around this by setting my external clock's multiplier to 6, but...shouldn't the Clock Rate do something?
