All synths of V collection disappeared in Ableton

Hi,

I’m panicking because I just updated the last version of V Collection, and now all of the synths I used and saved in Ableton Live  just disappeared of all of my projects. There’s just a “midi track” instead of the synth. I’m at the end of an album and have to record it in a studio in two months, I hope someone would know how to help me.

I run Windows 10 and Ableton Live 10.

That's not nice to exsperience. But usually things can fixed in one way or another. We hope in this case too.

How long ago since you updated the last time?

Have you had moved your old plugins away from it's install path to a folder Ableton read?
Have you checked, that you plugins is in the right location that Ableton read, and that all the relevant settings in Ableton has'nt changed?

FYI: If needed, then you can allways download and install older versions of the plugins. But i assume, that your problem is something else.
