no vocoder preset sound

Hi, i have the black microfreak. i update to the new 2,1 vocoder update.
I have the new waveform but i don't have the new vocoder preset sound with the VU meter .
What is hapening .

I had to update the presets via MIDI Control Center to see the VU Meter.

Unfortunately, I still can't get the vocoder to work. I tested two different TRRS adapters, but it simply doesn't work. Changing the mic settings in utility mode doesn't help either.

Did anyone manage to get the vocoder working?

I did. I had to turn the Mic Gain way up (to at least +36db) in the Utility settings.
