I’ve purchased Arturia Minilab 3, the order number is WS-221029-TXXC19-709348
Two days after making a purchase I’ve contacted Arturia about track number of the order to be able to track the shipping process, but I haven’t heard back since
and exactly at that day the order status in my Arturia account on website changed to “Refunded” but I didn’t ask for a refund
plus I didn’t get my money back either
could anyone who know Support staff from Arturia help me find out what’s going on with my order please?
I really want to get my Minilab 3
