on the Keystep 32 keyboard, i
can't get the lowest 9 notes of the octave to generate sound when used as a Midi device on my
DAWs. i tried using midi tracks on both Ableton Live 10 and Mixcraft 8 with the same result of the notes not sounding.
when i convert the Midi to Audio and send it to the DAWs or Audio monitors, all the keys sound.
could not find a solution in the Midi Control Center Panel, or in the DAW applications.
i sent several messages to Arturia Support but i did not receive any reply.
Any advice?
