MIDI Control Center not recgonizing Keystep Pro

Hi!
I've got no issues using the KSP to control my Volcas, but cannot for the life of me get it recognized by either Ableton or MIDI Control Center. I keep getting the "Failed To Open Device" error. MIDI Control Center is the only thing running on the computer. I did not have this issue with my old computer. It works fine with Melodics, though.

Currently running Windows 10 and Ableton Live 10 Intro. KSP has current firmware (updated on my old computer). Running MIDI Control Center as administrator.

Weird.  You have the Arturia usb driver installed, yeah?  Should be an option to install it when you install MCC.

Try to see if MIDI Ox can see the device maybe.

Hello.
Can you please try:
- To uninstall/reinstall the KSP usb driver.
- With another USB port
- Without a USB hub
