Issue: "Plug in cannot communicate with the ASC"
The issue is that you may have old licenses of the "vintage collection" which had no "unlock code".
Since the 11th of December 2014, you all have an unlock code that you can see in your My Arturia,
This should solve the issue.
To ensure you fix it:
- Online : go in ASC settings and click on the refresh button, or quit and restart the ASC. this will enforce a license update with the new unlock codes.
- Offline : Use the "activate your products" procedure again, to get an up to date file of licenses from the website.
