Hi folks,
Yesterday I noticed a new issue while using my KeyStep in a Logic session. Regardless of which physical key I play (depending on how I'm using the octave up/down buttons), I cannot seem to get the B2 note to play on any virtual instrument.
Bizarrely, the KeyStep has no problem playing this note in Reaper or in one of the standalone versions of Arturia's keyboards. Also, the note plays fine in Logic when using a different keyboard (AKAI MPKmini v2) or even the virtual keyboard.
I've done the most recent firmware upgrade and it's had no effect. Any suggestions of what I should try or what I might be doing wrong?
