Faulty unit or real MicroFreak issue?

It seems that the MicroFreak is not being able to sync correctly to the incoming clock via the MIDI jack input.
I posted a thread about this a few weeks ago: no answer.
A video has been posted on Facebook that shows exactly the issue. Will Arturia answer one day?
