Title: Keylab 49 not recognizable in Mac

Hey guys, I'm from Ecuador so I apologize for any grammar mistakes haha.
Well I just bought the KLE 49, did all the registration but when trying to use it with Ableton Live Lite and with Analog Lab, well trying to work with it in general, the device is not recognize. I already follow this instructions: https://www.arturia.com/faq/installation/firmware-reset-and-detection-of-a-midi-device
for MacOs but still is not working. I will appreciate a lot if anyone could help me.

Hi,

If the controller is showing signs of being powered up but isn't being discovered by MacOS or software apps, the first thing I would try is a different USB cable.

Let us know how you get on.
