Title: Really bad support team

I have my Audiofuse interface for a couple of months now. From one moment to another it stopped working at all and doesn't even turns on. I contact the support center and did all they asked me to do and gave all the information they needed and it's been about 2 weeks without not answer at all. I have emailed every single day hoping to get back from them as soon as possible but nothing happens. Honestly, I feel really sad because I expected more from this company.  >:( :'(

All our tickets are answered within +/-24h, so I guess the support answer must be stuck in your SPAM folder or something..
