Title: Program changes and cc at the project level

This feature would allow to send some midi messages (PC, CC vol/pan) when a project is loaded. Synths and expanders connected to the BSP could then automatically choose the good patch for the project and make basic setup on vol pan or other settings under control of PC and CC messages.

At the present time the only way to do this is to map some pads in control mode to send those messages. It then requires after a project load to press these buttons manually, which is not very handy during a live session.
