Title: Preset knob and preset buttons not functioning properly . . .

I recently sent my Keylab 49 Essential back to the factory to have an encoder knob fixed. I received it back, and it was working fine for a day or two. Now, the preset knob and the back and forward preset select buttons are not functioning properly. When I am in Analog Lab, the knob will scroll through the presets, but whenever I press it down, it automatically goes to the previous preset. Also, when I press either forward or backward buttons, it activates one of the automation functions instead of changing the presets.
I have tried resetting the controller, and tried changing some settings within Analog Lab. I also have the DX7 program, and the preset buttons work, but there is the same knob issue. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thank you!
