Title: [SOLVED] Firmware UpDate

Good eveninig, I can't update my BSP (just bought) ..
standing that:
1) MCC is updated to 1.7.0.217
2) In Audio MIDI setup Mac OSx 10.12.1 can't see BSP
3) BSP is not connected to any USB hub

..every time I try MCC behave in this way:
1) update available --> ok --> turn off and on the device and press ok when is ready
2) I turn off and on BSP which goes in "Upd" mode
3) I notice that, while the windows at point 1) is waiting for my ok, in the background MCC sees that BSP is in Upd mode, so that, I think  all is ready .. and then I press ok
4) MCC says that can't recognise the device ..

Please give me some idea, I finished mine ::)

Hi Y, thanks for the answer but it doesn't work.

For your reference, in audio MIDI setup, beatsteppro updater and bsp don't appear so...I didn't erase nothing but I tried indeed to update once again with no result.

Any other thing to try?

I made it! ;D

when error appears (device not recognized), you have to move in this way:

1) press ok without unplug the BSP (MMC will say is impossible to update firmware)
2) when all windows of error finish, turn off and on the BSP
3) once turned on BSP goes in Upd mode and finally you can successfully update the firmware!
