Title: Cannot find user bank?

Hi all,

Quick question - I'm unable to find my saved presets anywhere through the search function. As you can see in the attached image, the "User" bank doesn't even show up when I search. Any ideas what's up?

Have you also tried to search the preset by writing the name in the search field?
Have you saved your presets in the bank named "User"?
I think you might have to tell how you save your presets, and also tell if it's a edited factory presets you try to save using "Save" and not "Save As".
Did you use "Save" or "Save as"?
There are some info in the manual from Section 3.2.1 page 17 about saving presets and adding tags. You can also create your own user bank names in the attributes.

Perhaps info about your OS and your ARP version is needed, if you have done everything correct.
