Title: Keylab 61 not working with Pro Tools 12.7.1 on Windows 10

Hi all, I have just purchased a Keylab 61 to use with the V collection in Protools 12 but I cannot get this to work. If I set up the Keylab as a controller I get an error popping up saying “Pro Tools can’t communicate with HUI. Please power cycle HUI and check it’s connections.” I can get the transport controls to work but nothing else. Once this message pops up even the transport controls stop working. Power cycle does nothing to fix the issue. I'm running 1.33 firmware. I can use Keylab with the stand alone V collection apps so I know the midi data is getting to the PC.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
