Title: Cannot sync BSP with MIDI Control Center

The first thing the instructional video on setting up BSP says is - hit sync.

I get this:

 'Synchronization unsupported for this device. Prefer using Store/Recall'

???

I use plenty of forums, and this place is like a ghost town. I was warned that Arturia are hopeless with customer support, but still though - I would expect someone to chime in with a suggestion.

Hi Sync for the BSP should be greyed out . please update your mcc as it sounds like your using an older version.
