A friend wanted the Dolphin Dance TD lead (which is actually a great general synth lead sound) so I used my "Straight Flute" factory preset as a starting point and arrived at something that I think is close to what TD used (attached).
Many of my lead sounds included in the factory set (Lead Me, Leading Edge, Pipe Up, Straight Flute, Tron Woodwinds, Tron Brass, Tron Flute) are along the same lines, very responsive to velocity and aftertouch, simple and complex at the same time
