I need info on how to access the arpeggiator/sequencer section in the Vcollection 5 editor.....if there is a section

There is'nt a common arpeggiator and sequencer that works for all applications in V-Collection 5.
Each application can have it's own of each that work in differnt ways. You get access to them in the individual applications.
You can't access them in Analog Lab 2 either, unless you load the individual applications into Analog Lab 2.
