Title: PITCH CV OUT PROBLEM

hi all,
i often have problem with cv out (but also the gate and mod)...the problem is that it doesn't change the note on the modular 1V\Oct, the signal is like a distorted FM pitch.
I try different power supply... macbook pro USB and cell charger.
What i have to do?

in this moment i'm in contact with Arturia and send them a video and audio of the problem...when they answer i post here the solution
