Title: Current Control value does not appear until control clicked

Using CS80 V3 as a plugin in Logic pro X 10.2.2, Yosemite 10.10.5, the current control value does not appear when hovering above the control (as it does in standalone mode)
You have to click on the control for the value to appear. The last clicked value remains displayed no matter where the mouse hovers, until a new control is clicked, or blank space is clicked.
The manual says it should only appear on hovering, and editing.

I have reproduced this fault twice.
