Title: Starting dispute with Amex

I hope that someone from Arturia reads this. See my previous post. I am now starting a dispute with my American Express due to No response or contact from Arturia for almost a week now. I cannot believe how poor your customer service is. Sadly I have also purchased a Keylab and Spark which seems like a monster mistake now.
