On September 22nd I tried getting support from arturia for my busted minubrute.
They say it is a known issue (pressing a key no longer triggers envelopes and causes the lfo light to go solid red- still works when triggered externally via cv/gate.)
It's been almost two months and I have yet to receive:
A replacement part >:(
An answer as to what the known issue is or even what section of the analog board is failing ???
A response within a week of me asking.
I was initially told that a replacement part would be available in late October (they wanted me to buy a replacement board - still refused to answer the question about what the issue is). However they never reached out and when I followed up their only reply was to buy a B-Stock unit.
This is ridiculous. How can I be expected to trust this company or buy any gear in the future from their brand.

is it still under guarantee ? if so it is the place you buyed it at that should take care of the isssue or the official importer in your country .

I've been considering an Arturia purchase over the last week, but the support seems non existent, so I've decided to shop elsewhere. This forum is full of complaints from Arturia customers received little or no support form this company.

It's also full of users that don't read the instructions correctly or bother to pick up the manual from time to time.
Yes there are occasional issues, as with any other product you will but few and far between, in my experience you won't need support.
Broken keys was the only problem issue and for the most part, that has and is being rectified.
Thanks, Stuart

Yeah, their hardware is horrible just like the tech support. I will never buy anything from this company again.
