Is it just me or is support from arturia non existent? i asked for some help and it took 4 days and they did not answer my questions which were,
1) my screen is to big and i cannot see the top banner when i opened the software in stand alone?
2) it mostly would freeze up and crash?
they actually "CLOSED" my filed (i did swear a bit)
I am not to happy what can i say ???
