Title: Are there any employees from Arturia on this forum?
Post by: Kimbo72 on September 14, 2015, 07:53:34 pm
What is the meaning of this forum if there are no employees to help the people with their problems?
People are screaming for help but nothing happens.

You sell products so it just normal to help you paying customers with their problems.

Hey, there!
Could you post what your problem is? Perhaps another user can help you with your problems. I'm not an Arturia staff member, but I had contact with the Arturia tech support within 48hrs.

If you didn't create a ticket, do it.

That's the question, there are no employees on this forum to help pepole.
Support by e mail takes weeks to get a answer.

I have brought back my 88 keyboard.
Bad keybed some keys are differently weighted than the others.
Velocity problems are not acceptable for this price of keyboard.

Hi was this from new out of the box as these keypads don't travel well and need to rebalance when you get it . buy this i mean by turning the keyboard on its side so all the weights can fall into place .
i had 2 of these kl88 do it to me.

I had the same issue with support. I went back and forth with support a couple of times over an issue with my new Keylab. They took really long to reply and they kept giving me solutions which didn't really make sense. A forum user basically fixed my issue. Support was mostly useless. I love the Keylab but I wish Arturia had better support.
