Title: St.Delay - the "Time" knob again here

V2.6.3
FX section, St.Delay - "Time" knob still show values as "ms" when "Sync." button enable.

VST 32bit Win7

I see that from version to version this knob is accompany various failures (in sync mode)  ;D It would be good to finally cure it.  :P
