Title: Deactivate License from Web Browser?
Post by: adgjk on July 01, 2015, 06:15:31 pm
Hi,

I'm really hoping that someone can help me out here. I licensed one of my 5 copies of Arturia V Collection and since then my installation of Mavericks on my Mac became corrupt. I've wiped the hard drive and started fresh with Yosemite, but I realised I didn't ever get a chance to deactivate my license on the Mavericks installation and now I can't get back into it to do so...

Is there any way of deactivating through a browser?

Thanks

did you not backup your system as the file would have been saved . i don't think you can get the licence back but you do have 4 others right?

There may be some files backed up somewhere, but I don't think I have a bootable backup... What would I be looking for and what can I do with it?

not the bootable back up  but the time machine back up did you use that.

I didn't use time machine, hence why I don't have a bootable backup, but I did grab a load of library files that I thought might be important, along with my documents and such

Is it possible to somehow deactivate ALL my licenses and I can reactivate on the machines I use? I'm using 3 licenses currently (home, studio and portable) and I would like to have 2 spare licenses should I need them, not just 1...
