So I just bought the V Collection today. I've had my MiniLab for awhile now. It's unlikely that I'll be getting a Spark LE anytime soon tho. As such, I'm hoping there's some way I can control Spark 2 via my MiniLab. As much as possible. Ideally programming beats and switching patterns.
Has anyone done this? How?
I've only fiddled with the software for an hour or so. I did go into settings and turn on the MiniLab, but it doesn't appear to have any function in the software aside from basic sound playing via the keyboard. I sure would like to be able to use the pads on my MiniLab to set up patterns and switch amongst them.
Thanks :D

Hi you could setup in the mcc your minilab to play at least the pads by changing the midi note on the pad to match or just cmd click on the pads in spark to map out the pads from minilab.

Thanks. I'll certainly play with that.
Any ideas on using the pads for switching patterns or song chains?

AHA!! of course .. I get it now ..... perhaps I should have spent more time messing about with Spark before asking such a n00b question LOL :P
I guess I was sort of expecting Spark to just recognize my MiniLab and have assignments already set up for it.
