Title: Keylab 49 display

Hi guys,

I just got my brand new Arturia Keylab 49 today. I installed, registered, activated everything. However, the display on the Keylab 49 is giving me garbled info, i.e. omgy emc5  or something, and I cannot scroll and set values using the knob. Is it bust, or is it a firmware update problem?

Sorry for the delay !
Did you manage to fix your Keylab ?
I suggest you to update your firmware using the MidiControlCenter.
