The DLLs are in the correct Path

Why don't you update to VC4  versions of those plugins ?
What is your FL version ? 32 or 64 ?
Did you try a refresh of VSTs folder in FL ?

Update?
At first I installed the Collection with the bougth DVD on 15. February 2015
after some problems with activation i have downloaded the newest Arturia Software Center
During the new Process the center recommended me to update. I have done so.
Is there any other way to get an further or higher Update?

Which FL Version?
I tried in FL 34 an in FL 64

Refresh ?
Detected only as VST 3 :ANalog Lab, Wurlitzer, Oberheim SEMV)
The Rest is ignored

So you are running latest version displayed in the Arturia Software Center.

What is the version of FL 10, 11 ?

Where is your VST2 folder ? Do you have any other VST2 plugins that work ?

OOOPS & SORRY !!
During Install - Process I let the DLLs stored into an wrong directory.
At first I had NO Idea because these VST3-Synths "Analog Lab", "Wurlitzer" and "Oberheim SEM" worked under this Circumstances properly.
But after I Moved the DLLS to the correct path all was good.
