Do someone know if the current Aniversary Promotion on SparkLE are also available to existing owners or just new owners?
Those free expansions would be really cool! :)

It's only a good deal if they actually supply you with the free expansions.
I bought SparkLE 3 days ago and I'm still waiting on the expansion packs.
Apparently Arturia email the download links and registration instructions after you register.
I'm still waiting... and waiting... and waiting :-\
Anyone else had the same problem?

I've had very good luck with Arturia customer service - I recommend trying that.

Once you receive your device, go online, register it, and then you have all the links download the expansion packs.
Why is this a problem?

I registered SparkLE after installing the software, following all the instructions. I have checked My Arturia, My Products. There is no links for the expansions.
There is no email for the links or information regarding the expansions. It's not in my spam folder. I have lodged a ticket with Arturia through their online system and they haven't responded. So that is a problem.

It usually takes 7-10 days to get action on service tickets. Set your expectations low.

Did you register on the promo deal or just the plain Spark?
