Hello,
I recently purchased the V Collection and have fired up the software center and logged into My Arturia many times, but now I get a "user Blocked" message. I tried to receive a new password, but when I enter my email address, I also get "User Blocked", what's the deal?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused!
This was a temporary issue, it's been fixed this morning; you should now be able to log in again.

This issue has NOT been fixed. I just purchased the V Collection 3 hours ago and the exact same thing happened to me.

I hate to be a me-too poster, but I am experiencing the same "user is blocked" message for my account. I can provide my account name to an admin via PM if needed.

I just purchased The CS-80 from your website and when i try to register the vst it says my account has been blocked?!! Please sort this out ASAP.

Not sure if this is related, but your account was not activated, now it is :)
You can try.
Some users seems to have issues to receive the activation account email.
The best is to take a look in your Spam folder each time, just in case.
