I may purchase this in about a year after everyone else has beta tested it after launch, but I want to make one suggestion while the firmware is likely still in development. When changing note values, please display the actual note in the C1, C#1, etc format on the LCD. It's much more intuitive when working out melodic sequences than numeric CC values. From everything i've viewed online so far, I just see numbers.

+1 !

This should be mandatory in my opinion, and it will largely mean the difference between me buying it and just hanging on to my current beatstep.

How about it Arturia ? Not to late to add it in the firmware ....

Yeah, I agree this would be a big feature. The whole reason I never bought the original Beatstep was that I had no way to tell what note each step was. If this feature is implemented, consider me an owner of this in April (or whenever it comes out). I'll be the first to buy this if I know I can finally see note values.

That would definitely be very beneficial for anyone's creative flow. The whole numeric CC value isn't helpful at all to me. Might as well not have a screen, for the note values at least.

Hi all the BSP does have note values shown on the screen for the 2 sequencers
