I have a Spark that is activated on my desktop but would like to activate it on the laptop.
I have tried activating it for over an hour on the laptop but it says I do not have any activations left. I was under the impression that Spark was not limited to one machine as long as you had a valid code. I can take screenshots of the process if necessary. None of the support documents address this specific issue (and forum posts related to this exact topic do not explain the process), so I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question and I am missing something obvious.
I can only use the software on the second machine in demo mode.

Hi did you look into your account to see if you have more than 1 activation left . check there is theres only 1 you need to get hold of support .
