I've noticed that if I create a new project and load my own samples, the name that I enter in studio mode for each sample (the name that shows up on each pad.. e.g; Bass Drum) doesn't save. I've only got to click away onto a different sample and click back and the name I'd previously typed has disappeared!
Am I doing something wrong??
THANKS
UPDATE: Actually, none of the sample/pad names are saving.. even those that I'd previously saved with no issue. If I try and re-edit those names, the changes do not save. Hmmm

Hi fizzyfizz
Not sure what the issue is
Are you pressing enter before clicking off and changing pad ?
And remember to save you kit before changing kit or closing spark
Heres a capture

Thanks for the video. That's exactly what I'm doing but the name disappears. Saving in-between makes no difference. Have a look here..

I have Spark also installed on another machine and I'm having the same problem.
Thanks again

Is that the latest build of spark ?
If it is im really not sure
Maybe someone else on mac can confirm as I am on windows

Yep latest version of Spark2 (2.1.0). Installed and activated on two Macs, both running OS X 10.10.1.
Spark working fine earlier this week but now same problem on BOTH machines. No updates or anything have taken place in-between.

I may be wrong but you clicked the mouse instead of pressing return after typing
It looks like its saved if you click off with the mouse but it doesn't save unless you press return
Maybe try that

YES!! That worked!!!
Thank you kickwizard :)
