Title: Line noise when pluging in USB cable?

How come there is line noise to -36 db when I plugin the USB cable in?? I have tried everything and still get it.....ive tried different ports, different cables etc. etc. Everyone gets this?? It to much noise....

Update.   I used a different PC/Laptop and NO line noise now.  The one with noise was a WINXP Dell and the "newer" one with no noise is a WIN7 Toshiba.

Hmm interesting. I only have 1 new macbook pro. I'll try and test on another machine..thanks for the tip

Problem solved. It was the macbook pro like the other user suggested. I installed and used on my iMac and it is fine. =(
