This seems to be an ongoing problem for many, (so sorry for yet another thread), but i didn't receive an activation code after registering my brand new Minilab I bought a couple days ago. I have tried to contact tech support twice, but received no email, ticket #, or any other confirmation that the messages ever went thru. It also says I have no open tickets on my account. So I'm left trying here instead.
Furthermore, if I try to request a new activation code on the website, it says "You cannot ask for an activation code, because you currently have no registered products !" (even though my Minilab shows up in my account as registered already). I also received confirmation of registration via email, so this isn't the issue.
I just need an activation code and have no idea if my tech requests even went thru. My S/N is #0801400537142132
Hope this can get resolved...would really like to getting Lab working asap...

Anyone? It's been nearly a week and I can't even activate the software I bought from you guys. I'd really like to. Any help?

With the new protection system that Arturia is using, you no longer need an activation code, neither than you need a dongle. Please download the Arturia Software center from our website and follow the instructions from this page:
