Title: Spark V 2.1.0.426 with Pro Tools 10.3.9 Bug

Hi

I have just found that when opening Spark ( Build 2.1.0.426) on an instrument channel in Pro Tools, this opens 2 plug in windows, Spark 2 which cannot be moved (Window is stuck) and what looks like the old Spark plug in window, which is blank. This gives you no option other than to remove the plug in on the instrument channel.

Can you also please remove the 'arturia rtu' plug in window ?

Do ou want the actual Pro Tools session file or is a session export (Text) ok?

I'm using Pro Tool 10.3.9

Hi Stuart,

It can be a conflict between the RTAS and the AAX version of Spark.
Could you please remove the RTAS from the plugins folder and try to relaunch spark in your PT session ?

I'm using .AAX not RTAS. I think that's the point, Spark is still trying to pull the RTAS plug and it doesn't exist.

Basically you need to replace the spark aax plugin in your DAW folder.

If you're using Pro Tools 10/11 on a mac, the path is
/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Arturia/Spark.aaxplugin

I have found that version 1.1.0 of this plug in is causing the issue. Once I replace the above file with version 1.1 of the file I was good to go.

The eagle eyed among you might point out that 1.1.0 is the same as 1.1, and you'd be right. But for whatever reason they behave totally different. Checking the modification dates and size, they are also different.
