Hello
I recently bought a Minilab with hopes of using the Analog Lab software. I have tried to set up an account but if I try to login I receive a message that my user name or password are in use or are invalid. I have tried resetting my password and receive the message that this user is blocked. I have not received my activation email. I have requested help three times over the past week and have heard nothing. I have only received a newsletter. I have a serial number and an unlock code. What can I do to resolve this situation? Any suggestions?

I don't understand one thing,
You have bought the Minilab, and installed Analog Lab.
Do you have an account?
(if not go and log in here: http://arturia.com/login)
Did you register your analog lab?
(If not go here http://arturia.com/register)
Then, you should receive an activation code for your analog lab,
Start the "eLicenser Control Center" and click on "Enter Activation code"
Type the activation code you received, your analog lab should work fine.

Thank you for your reply. I really need help.
When I try to login to my account, I receive a message that my user name and password do not match. When I ask for a reminder for my user name, I receive the message that the reminder has failed, the user is blocked, and to contact an administrator. How do I contact an administrator?
I can't login and so I have not been able to register the Analog Lab yet. It only works in the demo mode.

Hi,
So far I have been unable to login. I think my first problem is I must have incorrectly registered and now my user name is invalid and I am being blocked.
I really need help with gaining access to my account.

I specifically bought the Minilab to use with the Analog Lab software. So far I have only been able to use the demo version.
Will someone please help me?

when you ask for a new password, make sure to use your email
crlpatti@optonline.net
and not the username.
