I am having trouble logging in to my arturia account, I used to log in with my e-mail I think and now when arturia sent my username information to my e-mail got majestic_sea forum name and it wont log me in at all and I need activations for my vcollections 2 and 3 and anolog laboratory, I have bought a new computer and a usb dongle so I could put my licenses in and not having to ask for new activation codes but need new activation codes.

when I use the lost password and click on the link in my e-mail and enter majestic_sea and the verification code it comes up with The input value can only contain alphanumeric characters and also when I request my username I get majestic_sea instead of my e-mail wolf.46@juno.com

You were sent a reply indicating what to do on the 30th of october. In any case, we resent the message, could you please check your mail accounts and possibly your spam folder?
