Title: Is this possible ?
Post by: stevoj@yahoo.com on October 28, 2014, 05:14:28 pm
I've got a nice sequence that I want to record to midi file in Reaper, so I can play around with the sound of the brute when the rest of the track comes together.  I can't get the Midi OP from the sequencer to record though.  I can record the MIDI when I play the keyboard, but nothing from the sequencer.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Hope this makes sense.  Stephen

The sequencer doesn't send out MIDI notes. You'll have to recreate the sequence manually in Repaer, or you can just record the notes and let Reaper trigger the sequencer in the Microbrute while your track is playing back.

You can save the MicroBrute sequence as a Midi File. You have to use the Microbrute Editor to do this. When you save the sequences, the Editor will ask you if you want to generate separate Midi Files too.
