Title: BEATSTEP Questions

I just got it and absolutely love the Arturia Beatstep but have a few questions... any help would be much appreciated.

1/ In CONTROL Mode, is there any way to play the Pads in scales or is this only for SEQUENCE Mode? The latter would be kind of disappointing...

2/ I can't seem to real-time transpose sequences by pressing keys on a keyboard, but I am sure I've seen this on some youtube videos... Is this Possible? If so, How?!

3/ I am using Logic Pro X and I am trying to set a different MIDI Channel for the CONTROL Mode and SEQUENCE Modes but whenever I highlight an instrument track the sequencer will control that track regardless of the MIDI Channel I chose. Is there a way to make this work?

4/ Is there any way to map Pitch Bend to one of the Knobs? Can't seem to find the appropriate CC#'s for it...

4/ Pitch bend is not controlled by CC messages.
