Title: trouble with website registration and activation

Hello

I would really like some help getting my SPARKLE activated.  I registered on the website but I got some sort of error message when I clicked submit and now my account does not have any account details on it (Attachment 1). 

Then when I went to register my instrument and receive the activation code, I put the serial number and unlock code in and pressed submit, and the website returned an error again.  I did not get an activation code then and no email was mailed out to me with a code.  When I tried to resubmit my serial number it said that the serial number was already taken, so the system has it somewhere it just doesn't want to give me my code. 

I tried to contact technical support but the first two times I submitted an error the website crashed and I didn't receive an email.  The third time worked but I never received a confirmation email.  So I'm not sure if anyone is working on my problem.

Please help! I just want an activation code so I can start saving my beats!
